Congratulations Sheri: Winning 2021 Enterprising Woman of the Year

NearShore Family, Friends, and Colleagues,

Join us in congratulating Sheri Apodaca in being awarded 2021 Enterprising Woman of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine.

“The Enterprising Women of the Year Awards are widely considered one of the most prestigious recognition programs for women business owners in the U.S. and globally. To win, nominees must demonstrate that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women and girls involved in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. Many of the honorees also serve as leaders of the key organizations that support the growth of women’s entrepreneurship.”

Top of her class.  Her relentless commitment to excellence started at an early age in both college and high school where Sheri finished in the top of her class.  She graduated with a biology degree, has background in hospitality, had a career in management and real estate, traveled the world evaluating properties in countries like Istanbul, Israel, Russian, Vietnam, Bucharest, Hungary, Germany, and the UK.  Sheri currently manages all our operations and our BE Programs!  Sheri also created our mission statement!

This recognition is a testament to the time, work and dedication Sheri has to our company, our communities, and people.  Sheri manages and works closely with our Employee Success Department to provide support to our local communities through our BE RICH Program that touches the lives of children and Challenged Athletes.  Sheri supported the creation, launch and development of our Women in NearShore (WIN) program, providing educational programs that are dedicated to improving the lives of women in our workspaces, communities and countries. She is truly an instrumental part in leading our teams!

Thank you, Sheri, for your continued efforts in making NearShore Technology a place everyone wants to be and feels welcomed!

Sincerely,
Mark Crandall
