Thank you for your continued support and trust. If there’s one thing we’ve learned from the last year, it’s that we’re in this together. And, the only way to overcome adversity is to continue collaborating and supporting each other through every roadblock.
NearShore Technology was built on one simple mission statement: Add value.
We try to implement this ideology into everything that we do from customer interactions to conversations with our family and co-workers. Adding value and showing gratitude are more important than ever, which is why we want to say thank you for being there for us and allowing us to be there for you.
We have continually done our part to add value by caring for each other and our communities, supporting customers and employees as they’ve adjusted to remote work environments, and using our technological skills to improve our client’s lives.
Here’s what we did in 2020:
We helped make heart surgery possible for Leo, a son of a friend of the NearShore family.
We launched Women in Nearshore, a program dedicated to supporting women in our communities.
We were recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work in IT by Empleos TI.
We’re so grateful for the relationships we’ve fostered over the last year and will continue to develop. And, we’re happy to have had the chance to get a deeper look into the lives of our customers and employees by meeting their family & friends while working from our home offices.
I look forward to the day when handshakes are commonplace once more, but for now, we’re glad to be able to stay in touch virtually. I am confident that our relationships will be stronger after this common experience.
