  • Receive, Review and analyze Job requirements.
  • Source and recruit potential candidates by using databases, job boards or web platforms.
  • Analyze and review candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Post current job openings in Job boards/web platforms.
  • Screen potential candidates in English and Spanish.
  • Submit and present potential candidates, documents and recruiting reports.
  • Assist in formatting and proof-reading candidates resumes.
  • Coordinate Technical, Managerial and Client's interviews with candidates.
  • Perform Employment background checks
  • Attend and participate in daily stand up staffing meetings to provide updated statuses on candidates or positions assigned


  • Degree in Psychology or Administration
  • Fluent spoken and written English a must
  • Experience in I.T. Recruiting of +2 years is required
  • 3+ yrs in recruitment.
  • Good skills when using of Microsoft Office
  • Organized and consistent in reports and information handling
  • Ability to work with fixed deadlines
  • Good writing skills. Excellent Proofreading Skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Team work
