US Remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise-level accounts by building strong partnerships with existing clients
- Work effectively with client managers, directors, VPs, and C-Level executives, tailoring communication and messaging appropriately
- Develop key account strategies to create alignment and opportunities to add value and impact to client initiatives
- Own quarterly and annual organic growth targets
- Support clients along their NearShore journey; develop and maintain relationships with client points of contact, understand client goals, and identify opportunities for partnership improvements
- Create and manage SOWs and legal agreements, as well as develop proposals and business cases as needed to support opportunities
- Monitor client spend against budget plans, assist with monthly and annual budgeting
- Act as an escalation point in times of need, working to resolve issues and/or remove impediments
- Support professional services consultants and act as an intermediary to bridge client needs and team needs
- Work with management and team members to ensure professional services delivery teams are set up for success
- Maintain a connection to industry news to gain insights into technology trends, business needs, and opportunities within client sectors
- Participate in development of client reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring management of internal and client KPIs
- Develop and manage QBRs and collaborate with procurement teams
- Collaborate with Marketing as needed to develop sales collateral
Requirements
- Able to travel in the US and Mexico on occasion (>25%)
- Highly organized
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills (written, spoken, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders)
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
Preferred
- Experience in Project or Large Account Management
- Experience in Technology Industry or Consulting Industry
- Experience supporting MedTech, HighTech, and FinTech industries
