  • Subject matter expert on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and tools.
  • Manage recruitment and selection services such as LinkedIn and relationships with external partners, services and job boards in US and MX
  • Manage and prepare rate sheets and salary market research for MX and US
  • Recruit and perform initial interviews for key roles within the company and sister companies for MX and US
  • Proofread and sign-off of candidates’ resumes to be presented to clients for all staffing positions.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through of candidate’s submissions with clients including coordination of screenings
  • Communicate directly with clients around hiring needs, staffing processes, and feedback.
  • Manage and prepare employment agreements and offer letters for US candidates
  • Support and follow up with new employees on their first stages of their onboarding process
  • Responsible for continuous research for recruiting/ sourcing initiatives such as career-job fairs, seminars, blogs, referral programs, trainee/ recent-graduate programs, associations with Universities/ Schools and job centers, etc.
  • Work with and manage reports, recruiting metrics, applicant traction systems, and talent strategies and report out to leadership
  • Manage budgets, purchases, expenses, and incidentals for the team such as PTO, vacation time, and temporary leaves
  • Manage a remote team of recruiters to deliver the highest quality of talent, develop their recruiting expertise, and assist their professional development.
  • Coaching and training of technical writers to continue to improve resume and summary presentation.
  • Maintain check-in meetings with all team members
  • Responsible for performance evaluations and bonus program for the team
  • Oversee Recognition programs for recruiters and employee referral program within the company
  • Partner with all divisions of NST such as Professional Services, HR, Employee Success, Partner Success, and sister companies

  • Strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition
  • Ability to develop recruiters and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Extensive experience hiring a variety of roles at all levels, globally
  • Proactivity: self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple projects with various deadlines
  • Flexible and organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Superior Teamwork Skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Human Resources, Business, or a technology-related field
  • 5 + years of Recruiting, Sourcing or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 2 + years of leading experience.
  • Previous experience working for IT firms is highly recommended
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong experience using Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Experience with Reporting tools is nice to have
  • Project Management certification is nice to have
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English spoken, and written proficiency preferred.
